General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Greenguardia. By listing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You accept this offer by clicking the order button.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The contract language is German. We store the contract text; however, for security reasons, it is not accessible online.

4. Delivery Conditions

We only deliver within Germany. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are credit card, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. Payment is charged upon completion of the order.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory liability for defects applies. Please refer to the respective product pages for any additional guarantees that may apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obligated nor prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
