Shipping
Shipping partners & parcel stations
Shipping to Germany and the EU countries listed above is fast and secure via Deutsche Post, DHL, or DPD. As we also work with perishable goods, Green Guardia products cannot be sent to parcel stations or post office branches.
Deutsche Post / DHL deliveries:
Since we send the majority of our orders in envelopes, they are generally delivered directly to your mailbox. Please check your mailbox regularly.
Important shipping information regarding our beneficial insects
- Orders received from Monday to Friday are shipped fresh daily.
- Orders received after Friday, 7 a.m. will be shipped on the following Monday. You will often receive a tracking number in advance as your order is being prepared for shipment.
Order changes
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number.
Processing & delivery time
Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days within Germany and 3–7 business days outside Germany. Some products have longer delivery times (see product description).
We process your purchase on the very next business day. To avoid unnecessary storage times, we ship some products on different days (see information in the product description) and from different locations. If you have ordered several products, it may happen that the order is split into separate deliveries.
After we have handed your order over to our shipping partners, the usual transit time is 2–3 business days (Germany) or 3–7 business days (EU).
Examples
- We ship beneficial insects from our breeding facility in Berlin – depending on the quantity via Deutsche Post (letter mail) or DHL.
- Green Guardia plants arrive fresh and directly from our partner nurseries in Germany or the Netherlands via DHL or DPD.
Taxes
Our customers do not pay import fees, customs duties, or VAT.
Some countries – especially Germany, Italy, the UK, or Canada – may still levy their own customs duties or VAT in accordance with their national regulations.
We are legally required to collect sales tax where applicable.
